Our Energy Sector Workforce Development (ESWD) Program is an educational program that provides California’s high school, community college and trade/vocational school students as well as transitioning/incumbent and non-renewable energy sector workers essential career information and pathways to prosperity in the energy resource, savings, and sustainability sectors that are critical in meeting California’s ambitious 2045 zero net energy goals.

Our Sustainable Facilities Management Plans (SFMP) Program can efficiently and effectively assist building owners and facility managers in the commercial buildings sector with developing, planning, and implementing their own SFMP for existing buildings of all sizes and industries throughout California that enables them to cut energy costs, lower their carbon footprint, and become more sustainable.

Our Facility Management Career (FMC) Program introduces economically challenged high school, community college, and trade school students and their educators to the many benefits of a facility management career with a median pay over the next decade anticipated to be $96,940 per year on average, with 21,200 more jobs expected in the coming decade, 12% within California.
